E-CAB SERVICE is based in Andlau, in the heart of Alsace, between Strasbourg, Colmar and Basel. We meet visitors at the airports and railway stations of the region and drive them to their hotels, to the villages of the vineyards and to the Christmas markets – then back to their flight or train at the end of their stay.

Clear and transparent
The total price including VAT is shown before you confirm and does not change on the way. On the day, a link shows your chauffeur’s first name, vehicle and number plate; for flights and French trains, your chauffeur follows the actual arrival time.
Your transport, your programme
We provide the transport with a chauffeur. You choose your programme and book your visits, tastings and restaurants directly with the estates and venues: we do not sell tours, stays or packages.

Are you a taxi company?
No. E-CAB SERVICE is a private hire vehicle with driver (VTC under French law), based in Andlau: every ride is booked in advance and its price is fixed before you confirm.
In which language is the booking made?
The online booking form is in French. You can also call us, send a WhatsApp message or e-mail reservation@e-cab-service.fr.
Do you offer rides within Germany or Switzerland?
No. We drive within Alsace and between Alsace and Switzerland (Basel, Zurich airport). We are also happy to drive you from Alsace to Germany and bring you back to Alsace afterwards; your chauffeur can wait for you there. We do not offer rides within Germany or within Switzerland.
How do I pay?
A secure card pre-authorisation guarantees the booking without immediate charge; your PDF invoice is then available in your account.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request when you book: baby seat, child seat or booster according to the child’s age and weight.
Will my chauffeur wait if my flight or train is late?
Yes: give us your flight or train number when you book. Your chauffeur follows the actual arrival time – automatically for French trains – and adjusts the pick-up accordingly.
